Our Terms & Conditions apply to transactions at this website. They clarify how we do business with our customers so please read them carefully. Your rights under the Sale of Goods acts are not affected.
CURRENCY
We accept Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.
We have included a price conversion tool on the site to show an approximate conversion to US dollars and Euros on the product pages. These are for guidance only, and the amount that is debited from your account will include shipping costs for your country and be charged at your bank’s exchange rate on the day of transaction.
TARIFFS, TAXES & VAT
If your location is within the UK, the prices you will see on our website will be in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
If your order is being despatched outside of the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT. Users of the website who are located outside of the UK may see ex VAT prices before they add items to their cart if their geographical location is detected before they have entered their shipping address. In such instances, no VAT value will show up on the shopping cart page for deduction at checkout. We will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and, where applicable, VAT at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Please note: if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, the receiver of the goods may be charged their country’s import duty and/or local sales taxes, which they will be asked to pay on delivery. Please check with the relevant country’s customs if you want to be sure of possible charges before ordering. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these charges.

PRIVATE SHOPPING
Subscribers to private shopping are entitled to:
· pre-pay in monthly instalments;
· reserve an item;
· purchase products not available to general shoppers; and
· ask for style advice and recommendations from a style advisor (optional).
The minimum subscription period for paying in instalments is three months. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriptions will only be refunded when a reserved product cannot be delivered by The Store.
At the sign up stage, private shoppers select a fixed level of monthly payment that they would like to make, and this amount will leave their PayPal account automatically each month. Payments are held until the full list price of a reserved product has been paid, at which point the product will be despatched to the shopper. Any funds remaining after a purchase has been made will be held to pay for future reserved items. Coupon credits may not be redeemed against products paid for in instalments.
Private shoppers are entitled to have one item held in reserve on their behalf at any given time. On completion of payment for that item they may reserve another.
When signing up for private shopping, shoppers may choose to receive one to one style advice and product recommendations from a style advisor through an onsite messaging system. Shopper may only ask style advisors for style advice. Questions or queries pertaining to deliveries or any other matter should be sent to service@linksonjack.com.
